Waddington's Transitions“Such a great design, better than we'd expected and a huge improvement over the work we'd received from other designers previously. c-Seven knows what they're doing, that's for sure. Designing and building a site over a single week really helped us stay on schedule. Thanks to the team at c-Seven!”- Waddington's Executive Team ChallengeWaddington’s (Canada’s largest auction house) required a new website to support their new practice, Transitions. The site was step one in a complete rebrand/redesign of their online presence that will slowly rebrand every one of their departments’ sites. Therefore the site needed flexibility and scalability to allow for anticipated changes as Waddington’s brand evolves. Waddington’s turned to c-Seven because they weren’t happy with their previous designer and the website was scheduled to go live within a week. Something had to happen and quickly. SolutionTargeted to boomers, the design had to be boomer-friendly (e.g larger font, contrasting colours etc.) while staying true to the current look and feel of Waddington’s main website. c-Seven installed the Mantis CMS system to allow for event promotion, blog and content updates, and search engine optimized the site so that Waddington’s could build awareness of this new practice area. Resultsc-Seven’s design received immediate approval from the client’s executive team. Due to the aggressive timeline, the site was built in less than a week and went live immediately, allowing Waddington’s overall branding project to stay on schedule. |
