For girl !mpact, a not-for-profit organization helping young girls from disadvantaged communities, we simplified a 14 page application form for online use, with an e-mail verification feature. This allowed girls to submit their application information, and print a single page parental authorization for signature & fax back.

Recycling Council of Ontario Awards
c-Seven helped the Recycling Council of Ontario take their Waste Minimization Awards into a 100% web based process paper free solution. The new site has a full online application process which allows the Recycling Council of Ontario screen applicants using a backend online interface. Once applicants are approved they will be sent an email which will allow them to purchase tickets to the Ontario Waste Minimization Awards.

In working with the Girl Guides on their site conception, we crafted a structure which makes it easier to access all things Guiding, including a calendar of events, resources for girls, Guiders and parents, cookie information and a media library.

HR On Demand
HR-on-Demand, which provides outsourced HR services, needed to update their website and add e-marketing capabilities to stay in touch with their contact base. The Mantis CMS allows them to regularly update their site with relevant articles and legislation updates, and regularly send these out to customers.
By examining behaviour patterns of site visitors, c-Seven proposed a change to the menu structure, which dramatically increased traffic to the services and contact us pages.

SBC Media
SBC Media operates a range of sporting magazines, with a focus on board sports. c-Seven benchmarked their keyword performance and recommended changing these terms to include plural and tense changes. This moved SBC to the top of the heap for “skateboarding” & “skateboards” as well as the seldom searched “skateboard”.

Clublink
The Clublink network of golf courses wanted to be able to update members on their preferred course, without having to manage 33 separate newsletters – or send them out from a generic address. c-Seven crafted a newsletter campaign tool which enabled their newsletters to go out from members individual golf courses – and made it automated, with all metrics trackable by individual courses.

Wakestock
Wakestock is the world's largest wakeboarding festival. Athletes, fans and friends travel from all over the world to participate in the 3 day event. c-Seven helped SBC Media design, build, optimize and deploy Wakestock.com to promote the event and the Wakestock culture with photos, videos, schedules and other information, as well as an e-commerce platform to purchase tickets for the festival. c-Seven also provided a banner advertising system for exhibitors and sponsors to advertise on the site and reach a diverse audience.
